Barbara Jean Wiseman, age 62, of Waynesboro, passed away on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at her residence. Born on December 23, 1960, she was the daughter of the late Robert Ernest Bailey and the late Betty Lou Kestner Bailey of Waynesboro. In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by a sister, Wanda Sue Stockman; brother, David "Beetle" Bailey; sister, Patricia Gale Collins; and husband, Harold Greg Wiseman.

Barbara is survived by daughters, Heather Quick and Brittany Quick; grandchildren, Destiny Quick, Madison Quick, Harmony Quick, Kera Wynn, and Corrie Wynn. Also surviving are sister, Rosemary Bailey; brother, Robbie Bailey; sister, Christine Bailey; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Barbara was most recently employed by Hutchins and Hutchins. She had previously worked for System One at Hershey and for Burris Refrigeration.

Barbara requested a celebration of life be conducted in her memory as opposed to a traditional funeral service. The celebration will be at a later date.
