Beth Ann Brady of Waynesboro, VA passed away peacefully on January 9, 2026 at the tender age of 50 surrounded by her loving family after a very long and courageous battle with cancer.

Beth was a native of western Pennsylvania (Latrobe). She was a sweet, kind, gentle spirited person who always greeted everyone with a smile and said hello to everyone she encountered. Since moving to Waynesboro Beth worked as an Environmental Services Technician for the past 10 years at Western State Hospital and previous 5 years at Augusta Health. She was an avid sports fan having played softball throughout high school. Her trivia knowledge of sports and pop culture astounded friends and family alike. Beth was passionate about helping others with cancer and volunteered for many different events that supported the Maddie Project. She loved movies, music, animals and a wide variety of sports, especially baseball.

Beth is survived by her parents Patrick and Sandra Brady, sister Susan Morrison, brother-in-law Gary and niece Katelyn Morrison all of Waynesboro, VA. She is also survived by aunts and uncles Dennis & Patricia Wasielewski of Fishersville, VA and William & Kathryn Douglas of E. McKeesport, PA, numerous cousins and friends who will all miss her tremendously. She was preceded in death by brother Greg Taylor and sister Charlene Hesler.

The family would like to extend deep gratitude to her reconstructive surgeon (Dr. Johns, Greensburg, PA),  the UVA Head & Neck (Dr. Jameson), Radiation Oncology (Dr. Read) and UVA Cancer Center Augusta (Dr. Paphitis) for their commitment throughout her 20+ year journey with Invasive Basal Cell Carcinoma.

The family will notify friends and family of Beth's celebration of life which will be conducted at a later date.
