Betty B. Gray, "Betty Jo", age 82 of Waynesboro, passed away at her home on January 5, 2024.  Betty was born in New York but made her home in Waynesboro in 1962 with her husband, Michael Davenport Gray, Sr. who preceded her in death.

Betty worked as a dedicated nurse's aide for almost 30 years.  She enjoyed playing bingo and loved her bingo family.  She loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and will be greatly missed.

Betty is survived by her 3 children, Michael D. Gray, Jr., Mark A. Gray, and Linda G. Quann. She has 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

Family and friends are invited to attend visiting hours on Thursday, January 11, 2024 at McDow Funeral Home from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
