Bradley Alexander Myrtle, Jr., 92, a resident of Waynesboro, VA, passed away Wednesday February 1, 2023.

He was born March 31, 1930 in Waynesboro, VA, a son of the late Bradley A. Myrtle, Sr. and Julia Ann (Courtney) Myrtle.

He was retired from Genicom (G.E.) after 34 years as an electrician.

Mr. Myrtle was a longtime active member of Waynesboro Church of the Brethren, and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia A. Myrtle; brother, Eddie (Edgar) Myrtle; sister, Mary Ann Quick; and son-in-law, Donnie Burnett.

Surviving are his daughters, Mary Joan Mertille, Gay Ellen Ritchison, and Carolyn Burnett; 6 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; and sister, Juanita M. Weller.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Augusta Memorial Park.
