Brenda Gunter Knott, 66 years old, of Waynesboro entered into eternity Tuesday, February 7, 2023. She is survived by her husband, Joseph K, Knott.

She was born Nov 14, 1956 in Corpus Christi TX to Robert and Eunice Gunter.

Brenda worked in the transportation field for 30 years. She loved life to the fullest. Her favorite times were spent with her friends and family.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Gunter, Jr. Survivors include her mother, Eunice, brothers David (Susan) and Steve, her sons Steve (Denise) and Eric (Jenny), daughter, Dana, two stepsons Shannon and Aaron (Sarah) and 10 grandchildren along with extended family, friends and her besties Jim and Bev Morris.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11am Friday, February 10, 2023 at Holly Memorial Gardens 3251 Seminole Trail Charlottesville VA. There will be no viewing or visitation.
