Brenda E. Rudd, age 61, of Waynesboro, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, November 25, 2024 at her home.  Born on February 9, 1963, she was the daughter of Benny W. Sanders and Wilma Haskins Sanders.  In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by a brother, Rick Sanders.

Brenda is survived by her husband, Donald H. Rudd, Jr.; sons, Donald H. Rudd, III. (Jilyse) and Philip Rudd (Alisha); grandchildren, Dylan, Addison, and Brooklyn; and brother, Tony Sanders (Teresa) of Edinburg.

Brenda worked at Miller's Supplies and was a member of SherLynd Baptist Church.  She was a beloved wife, mother, and "Meemaw" to her grandchildren and will forever be greatly missed.

A memorial service and celebration of Brenda's life will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 2, 2024 at SherLynd Baptist Church, 20 Winterview Ln, Lyndhurst, VA 22952.  A meal will immediately follow the service.
