Bryan Wayne
Davis
Jul 20, 1976 — Oct 28, 2025
Waynesboro
Bryan Wayne Davis 49 of Waynesboro passed away on Tuesday, October 28, 2025.
Bryan was born on July 20, 1976 in Charlottesville Virginia to Karen Faye Davis and the late Harold Wayne Davis.
Bryan was preceded in death by his father Harold Wayne Davis, and two sets of grandparents, Cole and Margie Herndon and Floyd and Ethel Davis, as well as a niece Jessica Lynn Davis.
Though he lived in the city, he grew up in North Garden and thoroughly enjoyed the country life. He was a 1994 graduate of Western Albemarle High School. After high school he attended Piedmont Virginia Community College where he studied sociology.
For many years, he worked as a manager at Brown's cleaners in Charlottesville, Virginia, and this is where he and Holly met, and their story began. For the past several years, he has worked as an overnight lead at Walmart in Waynesboro, Virginia.
He will be remembered by his family for being a great dad and partner and we will miss him sharing his love for wrestling and playing video games with him in the evenings. He enjoyed cooking for his family as it was one of his passions and something everyone would say he was great at. He enjoyed watching the news as it was something he remembered his father doing and he kept that tradition going. He will be missed dearly by everyone that knew him, especially his girls who will miss writing him special notes and sharing all of their hard work at school with him.
He survived by his wife, Holly and daughters Savannah and Georgia Davis of Waynesboro, Virginia, his mother, Karen Faye Davis of North Garden, Virginia; brother, Michael Davis of North Garden, Virginia; Robert Davis (Joan) of Rock bridge baths; John Davis (Karen) of Buena Vista; sister Kari Vance (Chad) of Camilla Georgia numerous nieces and nephews. He was also survived by his special, furry companion mittens.
On behalf of the Davis family, we would like to give special thanks to the Waynesboro fire and EMS and all of the first responders.
