David M Wine passed away Monday, March 2, 2026. He was born on July 6, 1953 to Jack D. Wine, Sr. and Lucille Garland Wine who preceded him in death. Also preceding him in death is his brother Jack D. Wine Jr.

He graduated from Waynesboro High School in 1971 and was a drummer in WHS band.  David also played in a band "The Cytations".  "He was an outstanding father to his son Dave, Jr. and best friend and brother to mark wine", he loved spending weekends camping, fishing and taking trips to Virginia Beach at least  once a year and enjoying the views of ocean-front hotels.  He loved riding motorcycles with family and friends.  A Christian man, he enjoyed reading the Bible and being kind to all.

Survivors include son, Dave, Jr. and brother, Mark, two nieces, Christina and Michelle Wine all of Waynesboro.

A graveside service will be held Riverview Cemetery on Thursday, March 5, 2026 at 11:00 officiated by The Reverend Ely Guzman.
