Deborah Jane (Waugh) Frazier, 63, a resident of Greenville, VA, passed away Wednesday February 3, 2021 at her home.

A daughter of the late Harry and Syvilla (Marshall) Waugh, she was born August 22, 1957 in Staunton, VA.

She worked as a CNA for many years, before having to retire due to her health.

She was a lover of animals, especially her pets Gypsy, Ridge, and Snowball.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Osby Floyd Frazier; and great-grandson, Joseph Matthew Lowery.

Surviving are her son, Chris Lowery and his wife Tanya; daughters, Angie Lowery and Crystal Cox; grandchildren, Matthew Lowery, Heather Lowery, Ashlen Lowery, and Anthony Swink; great-grandchildren, Brayden Shank, Serenity Lowery and Elliemae Lowery; brothers, Harry Waugh, Jr., Stewart Waugh, Johnny Waugh, and Jeff Waugh; and step-son, Michael Frazier.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, February 8, 2021 at Union Presbyterian Church Cemetery, 1471 Union Church Road, Churchville, VA, officiated by Pastor Robert Mansfield, Jr.
