Earl Steven Bruce, Sr., age 73, passed away on Tuesday, August 15, 2023.  Born on April 16, 1950, he was the son of the late Grant Bruce and Alice Morris Bruce of Staunton, VA.

In addition to his parents, Earl was preceded in death by 10 brothers and sisters.

Earl is survived by his son, Earl, Jr.; daughter, Cheryl and husband Timothy; grandson, Phillip; brother, Elwood; sister, Betty Jean; brother, Paul; grandson, Cody; and numerous other family members.

Earl retired from Southern Stainless where he was a welder.

He enjoyed flea markets, fishing, and hunting.

The family will receive friends on Friday, August 18, 2023 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at McDow Funeral Home.
