Earl James "Jimmy" Breeden, 65, a resident of Augusta County, VA, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday January 21, 2022.

He was born December 11, 1956 in Harrisonburg, VA, a son of Agnes (Raynes) Breeden and the late Earl James Breeden, Sr.

He was a farmer most of his life, including working as a heavy equipment mechanic. He could fix most anything, no matter what he had to work with. Making up his own inventions along the way. He enjoyed trail riding his horses, playing horseshoes, NASCAR, hunting and fishing. Jimmy was dedicated to his family, friends and work.

He was preceded in death by his father, Earl James Breeden, Sr.

Surviving are his wife of 42 years, Gail (Davis) Breeden; 2 sons, Clayton Scott Breeden (Shawnie), and Jeremy James Breeden; his brother, Steve Breeden (Theresa); three sisters, Sheryl Peregory, Debbie Rankin (Ronnie), and Tammy Cox (Mike); and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at his residence.

A private graveside service will be held for the family on his beloved farm. Pallbearers will be Clayton Breeden, Jeremy Breeden, Jason Warren, Chad Lunsford, Kyler Breeden, Timmy Michael, and Ivan Michael.
