Eugene W. Bunch, 85, of Waynesboro, passed away on Monday, October 4, 2021.  Born in New Hope, VA on April 2, 1936, he was a son of the late Dewitt F. and Ethel Caricofe Bunch.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Kester Bunch, and his wife,Shirley M. Bunch.

Eugene is survived by his daughters, Diane Tomlinson and her husband, James of Lugoff, SC, Norma Truslow of Stuarts Draft, VA, and Becky Jean Bunch; grandchildren, Steven Tomlinson of Columbia, SC, Kyle Tomlinson of Hartsville, SC, and Danny Truslow of Stuarts Draft, VA; brothers ,Eddie Bunch of Waynesboro, VA and Franklin Bunch of Waynesboro, VA; sister, Linda Bunch of Norfolk, VA; sister-in-law, Debbie Henderson; and friend, Ann McCambridge, who will also miss him.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Debbie Henderson for the care and love that she has given.  She is deeply appreciated and loved in return.

A graveside funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 pm  on Monday, October 11, 2021 in  Riverview Cemetery, Waynesboro, VA. Pastor Steven Lookabaugh of Fishersville Baptist Church will be officiating.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm on Monday, October 11, 2021 at McDow Funeral Home, Waynesboro, VA.
