Frances Elizabeth Riley, 67, a resident of Staunton, VA, passed away Sunday, March 10, 2024 at her home.

She was born July 29, 1956 in Weston, WV, a daughter of the late Thomas L. Riley and Joy Diana (McGee) Riley.

She worked for many years with Vector Industries, and was a faithful member of 2nd Presbyterian Church and Christ Tabernacle Church of God in Waynesboro, VA.

She is survived by her sister, Karen Covert and brother-in-law, Steven Covert of Hampton, VA; brother, Sean Patrick Riley of Staunton; niece, Nicole Williams of Williamsburg, VA; great-nephew, Braxton Williams; and a special caregiver, Arlene.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until 12:45 PM Friday, March 15, 2024 at Christ Tabernacle Church of God, 489 N. Winchester Avenue, Waynesboro, VA. A celebration of Frances' life will follow at 1:00 PM officiated by Bishop Clyde D. Brown. Interment will follow in Augusta Memorial Park.

Frances held the Special Olympics dear to her heart, and would love to know that those wishing to make memorial contributions did so to help them out.
