Frank Monroe Fletcher, 74, passed away Tuesday December 12, 2023.

He was born June 20, 1949 to the late William Bland "Buck" Fletcher and the late Mildred Smyth "Connie" Fletcher of Waynesboro, Virginia.

Frank was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Michael Alan Fletcher.

Survivors include his son Eric Russell Fletcher and his wife Courtney; daughter, Allison Fletcher Fuller and husband Kirk; new grandson, Henry Russell Fletcher; nephew, Adam Michael Fletcher; niece, Emily Fletcher Travis along with great nieces and nephews and many cousins.

Frank received a Bachelor's degree from Emory and Henry and a Master's from Virginia Tech. He retired after serving over twenty years as the auditor for the City of Waynesboro. Frank enjoyed taking classes and playing pickle ball with friends at the Waynesboro Family YMCA. He desperately loved his family and always looked forward to Wednesday night dinner with his son and daughter and their families each week. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday December 18, 2023 at McDow Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Shenandoah Valley Animal Services Center.
