Gary Franklin Peltier, age 74, passed away on Monday, July 11, 2022. Born on April 4, 1948, he was the son of the late Franklin G. Peltier and the late Jean A. (Hughes) Peltier of Fostoria, Ohio.

Gary was preceded in death by his parents and many close aunts, uncles, and cousins. Survivors include his wife Ann, daughter Kathryn (Tison), son David (Alison), son Michael (Morgan), and four precious grandchildren—James, Hazel, Miles, and Lilah.

Visitation will be held Friday (July 15) from 10 to 11 am at Saint John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 301 Sheppard Court, Waynesboro VA 22980. A funeral mass will be held at 11 am following the visitation.

In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes a donation to Saint John the Evangelist Catholic Church Building Fund or the Virginia Museum of Natural History Foundation (Waynesboro Campus).
