Helen Virginia Truslow, 83, a former resident of Crimora, VA, passed away Wednesday February 10, 2021 at Augusta Health.

A daughter of the late Raymond Hoy and Laura Key, she was born November 12, 1937 in Waynesboro.

She retired as a waitress with Weasie's Kitchen.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Paul E. Hoy; and a sister, Joyce Campbell.

Surviving are her husband, Gordon S. Truslow; 3 sons, Robert Truslow and his wife Gloria of Stuarts Draft, Ricky Truslow and his wife Susie of Waynesboro, and Ronnie Truslow and his wife Dianne of Waynesboro; a daughter, Deborah T. Roudabush and her husband Dale of Waynesboro; a brother, Wallace L. Hoy of Waynesboro; 14 grandchildren, Ricky "Bo", Kendra, Chris, Cassi, Nina, Niki, Jennifer, Chad, Stacy, Christy, Lindsay, Jeremy, Matthew, and Susie; 26 great-grandchildren, Alexis, Colton, Alston, Brook, Leah, Andrew, Tyler, Ema, Harley, McKenzie, Ethan, Benjamin, Charlie, Laura, Melissa, Alex, Carsen, Alicia, Bryce, Ryleigh, Blake, India, Zack, MacKenzie, Burgundy, and Azure; 8 great-great-grandchildren, Evelynn, Lacey, Paisley, Burgandy, Millie, Izabella, Carson, and Lucas; and a special Fur-Friend, "Bruiser".

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM Sunday at Clearview Ministries, 307 W. Main Street, Waynesboro, VA.

Funeral services will be held in the church at 1:00 PM Monday, officiated by Pastor John J. Hamric.

A graveside service will take place at 11:00 AM Friday, March 12, 2021 at Riverview Cemetery. Her grandsons will be pallbearers: Chad Truslow, Jeremy Truslow, Timmy Deaver, Mike Thorton, Ricky Truslow, Jr., and Brent Shaver.
