John Alexander Rutherford, of Fishersville VA, passed away on October 24, 2022, at the age of 91.

A family gathering was held October 28, 2022, where his ashes were interred at St. John's Episcopal Church in Waynesboro VA.

He was predeceased by his wife Barbara of 42 years, parents, brother, and granddaughter. He is survived by 3 children from his first marriage, 2 stepchildren, 12 grandchildren, and 3 sisters.
