Kay (See) Fulk, 69, a resident of Waynesboro, VA, passed away Friday June 23, 2023 at Augusta Health.

She was born October 5, 1953 in Richmond, VA, a daughter of the late Lester D. See and Esther (Hite) See.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Matthew Lee Fulk; brother, David See; and father-in-law, Garland Fulk.

Surviving are her loving husband of 38 years, Doug Fulk; daughter, Kathryn Fulk; granddaughter, Kiera Leigh Fulk; and sister, Linda See.

She was a devoted wife and mother who was dedicated to her family.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, July 8, 2023 at Tinkling Spring Presbyterian Church, officiated by Rev. Patrick Ryan.
