Laura Ann M. Beam, 81 passed away peacefully Monday December 2, 2025 at her home.  A Special Thank You to Geraldine Ssanyu from Visiting Angels... What a Blessing to Mom and Frankie and Candi.

She was born to the late Robert Cecil Miller Sr. and the late Madeline Snead Miller,  and is predeceased by her husband of 63 years Francis W. Beam Sr.; brother, Bobby Miller; sisters, Katherine Lawhorne and Mary Ellen Miller .

Ann was a long time member of Calvary United Methodist Church, where she participated in various groups. She was a quilter, but her main passion was her grand-kids and loved her cat "Katie".

Surviving family are her son, Francis W. Beam, Jr. and his wife Paula; daughter, Candace Ann Brown and her husband Ted; three grandchildren, Dustin Beam (Ashley), Laura Ergenbright (Dan), Matt Brown (Melissa); sister, Jane Sterrett; four great grandchildren, Meila Stanley, Aiden Ergenbright, Dawson and Delilah Beam.

A celebration of Life will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday December 10th, 2025 at Calvary United Methodist Church, Stuarts Draft, Virginia, 24477. A Reception will follow after service.
