Linda Lee (Funkhouser) Brown, 73, passed away Monday June 27, 2022 at Augusta Medical Center.

She was born August 14, 1948 to Sidney W. and Frances Marie (Strickler) Funkhouser.

Linda was dedicated to her family; husband Ron, children Ronda & Melissa, son-in-law Jerry, grandchildren Samantha & Alexis, and enjoyed flower gardening, gospel music, and playing with their family dog, "Charlie Brown".

She is preceded in death by her parents Sidney W. and Frances Marie Funkhouser and one brother, Michael Funkhouser.

Surviving family are two daughters, Ronda Painter and Melissa Allen and her husband Jerry; four brothers, Dennis Funkhouser and his wife JoAnn, Steven Funkhouser and his wife Dorothy, Ricky Funkhouser, Gregory Funkhouser and his wife Roseanne; two grandchildren, Samantha Allen and Alexis Allen and many nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service will be held 10:00 A.M. Friday July 1, 2022 at McDow Funeral Home officiated by Pastor Levi Scott Brown.

Interment will follow at Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens in Staunton, Virginia.
