Lisa Dawn Campbell, 48, a resident of Staunton, VA, passed away Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at Sentara RMH.

She was born June 26, 1976 in Waynesboro, VA, a daughter of Susan Elaine (Hensley) Campbell and the late Wayne Martin Campbell.

Lisa always held a special place in her heart for animals, especially her cat "Blackjack".

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her sister, Terry Lynn Campbell; her special family members, John and Linda Balser.

Surviving are her loving husband of 15 years, Jason Brownlee; mother, Susan Elaine (Hensley) Campbell; brothers, Christopher Campbell, Chad Campbell and his wife Whitney; aunts, Anne Young, Betsy Campbell, Sue Painter, Janice Rankin; uncle, Dwight Hensley; nieces and nephews, Trey, Kayla, Oliver, Peri, and Piper; great-niece, Renesmae; and special friend, Christina King.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM Thursday October 17, 2024 at McDow Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel, officiated by Pastor Chris Smith.
