Maggie Katherine Baber, 93, formerly of Magnolia Avenue, Waynesboro, VA, went to be with her Lord on Monday, March 7, 2022.

She was a member of the Pleasant Hill Church of the Brethren. She was retired from Standard Drug after 37 years and later worked at Stuarts Draft Family Pharmacy.

Maggie was born April 5, 1928, the daughter of the late Ernest Bruce and Pearl Bruce Roberts.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, James and Mattie Sullivan, by whom she was raised. Also preceding her in death was her husband of 56 years, Filmore Baber, Sr.; her son, Filmore Baber, Jr.; and her special grandson-in-law, David Dale Fisher.

Surviving are her daughter, Kathy Gordon and husband Tony of Grottoes; her granddaughter, Becky Campbell and husband David; 3 grandsons, Travis Baber and wife Christina, Adam Herring and Aaron Herring; and great-grandsons, Cameron Herring and Kellen Campbell; and great-granddaughters, Ashlyn Herring and Kera Campbell; special friends, Virginia Davis, and Dee & Jerry Dunn of Waynesboro, VA.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, March 10 ^th at 1:00 PM in Riverview Cemetery, officiated by Pastor Darrell Via.
