Mark Eli Weatherholtz Jr., widower of Velma F. Weatherholtz, of Waynesboro Virginia passed away peacefully on July 8 at his daughters' home with loving family present.

Mark attended Central Point Christian Church and was a well known meat cutter for Mick-Or-Mack and A & P grocery store. He served in the United States Marine Core from 1947-1949, as well as the United States Army from 1952-1957.

He was born in New Market Virginia on November 10, 1928 to Mark E. and Mary Elizabeth (Good) Weatherholtz Sr.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Paul Weatherholtz, brother Michael Weatherholtz, sister Juanita Conner,

He is survived by his daughters Judy W. Via (Jack) of Taylorsville, NC, Debra W. Heizer (Brent) of Waynesboro Va; brother Garnett Weatherholtz; three grandchildren, Jennifer Sirbaugh (Jesse), M. Brandon Heizer (Shawn), and Mallory H Nichols (Kevin); four great grandchildren, Camryn, Raegen, Paige and Keigen, as well as his Special friend Violet Marshall.

A graveside service will be held at 11am Wednesday July 14, at Augusta Memorial Park officiated by Pastor Tim Feazell. McDow Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
