Patsy Reed Grant, 74, of Waynesboro, passed away peacefully in her home Friday morning, June 10, 2022, with her daughter Melissa by her side.  Patsy is survived by her children, Joe Bryant of Stuarts Draft, VA, Rebecca Sanchez of Lexington, KY, Melissa Farris of Waynesboro, VA, and Jason Hoover of Staunton, VA; foster sister, Shirley Hilton of Middlebrook, VA; 15 grandchildren; a number of great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Patsy worked for the state of Virginia prior to her retirement.  She loved crafting, camping, and beach vacations with her best friends including her very best friend, Linda Bowers of Afton, VA.  Most of all, she enjoyed crocheting which she learned from her mother.  Over the years she had crocheted blankets for all of her kids, grandkids, great grandchildren, and numerous special people in her life for many special occasions.

Patsy's daughter, Melissa, would like to express gratitude to Terry Hanger and her fiancé, Bob Donaldson, as well as her hospice team, for everything they did for her.
