Peggy died March 1, 2023 and is with her Lord Jesus Christ.

She was born October 10, 1946 to Mr. Raymond Weaver and Mrs. Ollie Cornelia Davis Weaver in Waynesboro, Virginia.

She graduated from Wilson High School in 1965 and married Emory Lyle Lambert on June 4, 1965. She bore him 4 sons: Christopher Scott, Gregory Lyle, Treacy Richardson, and Jared Todd. Mr. Lambert died March 26, 2006. Her companion and husband Robert William Glick Wright misses her terribly.

She is survived by her sons, 3 daughters-in-law, seven grandchildren, her husband, and friends. She was loved.

A service celebrating her life will be held Friday, March 10, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Waynesboro Free Methodist Church, officiated by Rev. Scott Bradd. Viewing and visitation with friends and family will take place an hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Augusta Memorial Park.
