Penny Madison Tuttle, 61, of Crimora passed away on Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at the Augusta Health Shenandoah House.  Born June 26, 1962, she was the daughter of the late Robert O. Madison and the late Juanita Fisher Madison.

Penny is survived by her husband of 40 years Brian A. Tuttle; son, David Tuttle; sister, Cheryl Marion; brothers, Tommy Madison and Butch Terrell; special niece, Cameron Tillman; and special aunt, Judy Jones.

The family wishes to express sincere thanks to the Hospice of the Shenandoah as well as to a very dear caregiver, Bobbi Smith.

A Celebration of Life will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 25, 2023 at McDow Funeral Home. Pastor Ely Guzman will be officiating.
