Ricky Lee Painter, 59 of Staunton Virginia passed away April 8, 2023.

He is preceded in death by his sister Sherry Painter.

Surviving family are mother, Priscilla Painter; father, Donnie Painter; children, Leslie Painter and Catrina Hupman; grandchildren, Isaiah Painter, Haven Keys, Justin Hupman;  siblings, Krystal Hawthorne, David Painter; step brothers, Jamie Floyd, Mike Floyd, Curt Floyd; step sister, Dion Floyd; cousin, Tracy McCauley which he became very close with along with plenty of other family members that loved him very much.

Ricky was a very loving and hardworking man who loved to fish and play music. His daughters and grandkids were his world. He will be missed by so many.

A visitation will be held 5 to 7 p.m. Monday April 17, 2023 at McDow Funeral Home.

A Funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. Tuesday April 18, 2023 at McDow Funeral Home officiated by Pastor Ely Guzman with burial at Augusta Memorial Park.
