Steven Kenneth Ross, 66, of Waynesboro, Virginia passed away on March 4, 2022 at UVA Hospital in Charlottesville.

Steve was preceded in death by his father and mother, Harry Kenneth Ross and Gladys Elizabeth Ross.

Surviving family include his sister, Linda Ross of Staunton, his daughter, Courtney Williams of Colonial Heights, two grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

He was a 1973 graduate of Waynesboro High School and served in the US Army in Germany. Steve took an early retirement from Best Buy Distribution to care for his ailing mother. When she passed, he adopted her dog, Mickey, who had become his best friend and who misses him greatly.

Visitation will be held Monday, March 7, 5:00 – 7:00 pm at McDow Funeral Home in Waynesboro.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, March 8 at 11:00 am at Augusta Memorial Park.
