Sylvia Lee Bosserman, 93, passed away Wednesday October 4, 2023 in Fishersville.

Sylvia Lee Bosserman was born in 1929 in Pekin, Virginia.  She was the daughter of the late Leona Agnor Ham and Delphin Elwood Ham. She died on October 4, 2023 in Fishersville, VA.

She retired from Dupont after 38 years of service.  She was a strong woman of faith and enjoyed much of her long life on the farm and spending time with her family.  One of her favorite things was spending time at the beach, especially if she was with her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Farrold Kenneth Bosserman, a sister Donna Ham Barker, and a brother Delphin Wilson Ham.  She is survived by her brother John Ross Ham and his wife Linda Ham, God Daughter Cynthia Raferty and her husband Bruce, a brother in law, Gary Bosserman, and sister in laws, Mary Ham, Chris Mahanes, Judy Hostetter, and Jewel Bosserman, and many very special nieces and nephews.

The family of Sylvia invites you to celebrate her life at 2:00 pm Friday October 13, 2023 at a graveside service at Augusta Memorial Park, Fishersville, VA.  Honorary pallbearers will be Terry Ham, Michael Ham, Joey Ham, Thomas Riley, Jeremi Skillman, Whitney Barker, David Cline, and Fred Leach.
