Tammy Faye Bazzle, 53, passed away peacefully at her residence from a long time illness, January 8, 2020.

Tammy loved life and lived each day to the fullest. She loved going fishing and spending time with her family.

Tammy is preceded in death by her mother, Sandra Ryan Jenkins.

She is survived by her daughter, Tabatha White Simpson and husband Charles of Louisa Kentucky; father, William Bazzle and wife Linda of Madison Va.; grandmother, Hilda Ryan; uncle, Randall Ryan; sister, Felicia Jenkins of Waynesboro, Va.; three granddaughters, Brianna, Jaiden and Meisha Simpson of Louisa Kentucky.; four nephews, Brett, Pee-Wee, Ryan and Boo.

There will be no formal services for Tammy.
