Great Things

The sunshine filled the skies that day

God called them home no more to stay.

His grace was there to see them through,

the work they did, no more to do.

They left this earth and heaven gained

the souls of two as angels sang,

His mysteries are not our ways,

how can we want to sing His praise?

When the ones we hold so dear

will be removed and not be here.

That God alone reveals and shows,

His majesty and perfect plan

They left this earth God opened wide
