Vickie Lee "Kiki" Patterson, 73, a resident of Lyndhurst, VA, passed away Wednesday, February 21, 2024 at Roanoke Memorial Hospital.

She was born October 12, 1950 in Tennessee, a daughter of the late James Truman Howard and Ruth (Rolen) Howard.

Mrs. Patterson was worked in many capacities throughout her life. She loved knitting, sewing, weaving, spinning and crafting, along with horseback riding, hiking and a love for the outdoors.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Surviving are her loving husband of 56 years, Dickie Patterson; her children, Rebecca K. Patterson, Jamie B. Patterson, and Laura B. Ridenour; grandchildren, Steven Patterson, Cody Ridenour, Daniel Patterson, Cameron Ridenour, Mason Patterson, and Emma Patterson; great-grandchildren, Olivia Ridenour, Levi Ridenour, Lilly Ridenour, Scarlett Patterson, Abram Patterson, Callie Ridenour, Wrenley Patterson, and Cambrie Patterson; and brother, Wally Arms.

The family will receive friends from 4 PM until 6 PM Sunday evening, February 25, 2024 at McDow Funeral Home.

A service celebrating her life will be held on Monday, February 26,2024 at1:00pm at Edward Avenue Baptist Church, officiated by Pastor Gary Mays. Interment will follow in Sherando Church Cemetery.
