Doug W. Conner is a lifelong resident of Augusta County and resides at LaBelle Estates in Stuarts Draft with his wife, Debbie (Massie) Conner. They have two children: Travis, a special education teacher, and Tracy, a social worker. Doug and his family are members of Calvary United Methodist Church in Stuarts Draft. Doug serves as Vice President of the McDow Funeral Home Board of Directors and the funeral home's General Manager. He is a graduate of John Tyler Community College, where he earned an associate degree in applied science in funeral service. Doug is a past president of the Shenandoah Valley Funeral Directors Association and was a board member of the Virginia Funeral Directors Association.

Robert "R.B." Morris lives in Nelson County on the family farm. He has been a licensed and bonded auctioneer for over 30 years. He is a faithful member of Hebron Baptist Church in Nelson County. He is an avid bear hunter. He is married to June Fox Morris. They are the proud parents of one son and three daughters; they also have two grandchildren.

Rhonda and her husband, Scott, are lifelong residents of Augusta County and raised four sons on the family farm in Stuarts Draft, where they still reside.

June is a lifetime resident of Afton in Nelson County. She and her husband, Robert Morris, are parents to Colter, Emily, Caitlin, and Morgan Morris and grandparents to Cole and Maddie Morris.
June joined the staff of McDow Funeral Home as Office Manager in 2017 and is a member of the Board of Directors. She is a graduate of Nelson County High School and JMU.
June enjoys spending time with her family and friends, gardening, and baking custom sugar cookies.
James Raines

James Raines joined the staff at McDow Funeral Home in August of 2008. He is a lifetime resident of the Waynesboro area, and a DuPont retiree with 29 years of service there. Prior to that, "Jim" served a 6 year enlistment in the U.S. Navy.
A member of Free Pentecostal Church, Jim also visits the Full Gospel Church in Verona, and loves Gospel Music.
He enjoys fishing, especially for trout, and spending time with his son, James Michael Raines, and 4 grandsons: Christopher, Brandon, Dillon, Benjamin and great-grandson, Caleb.

He is a member of Springdale Mennonite Church, the Waynesboro Noon Rotary Club, has served as a member of the Eastern Mennonite University Finance Committee, and as Chairman of Goodville Mutual President's Council. He has also served on the Executive Committee of Virginia Mennonite Property Aid, served as Chairman of Springdale Mennonite Church Council, on the Erie Insurance Exchange Agent's Council, and as a Director of SunTrust Bank.

He resides in Augusta County with his wife Susan and their two dogs and a cat. John is a member of First Baptist Church Waynesboro, where he sings in the chancel choir and also teaches Adult Sunday School. He is a member of Waynesboro’s Schola Cantorum where he sings baritone. John also serves on Schola’s Board of Directors as their treasurer. John is an active Amateur Radio Operator holding an Extra Class FCC license with the call sign N3GLZ.
